Chittagong--(UNB) – Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange finished lower yesterday marking a slight fall of 0.64 point in the benchmark index.

The CSE All Share Price Index declined 0.64 points or 0.05 percent to close at 1317.48 points from 1318.11 points on Saturday.

Of the 57 listed securities traded yesterday, 32 gained, 19 declined and six remained unchanged.

Some 1,438,766 shares and debentures valued at Tk 2.24 crore were transacted against 936,390 shares worth Tk 3.65 crore on the previous trading day.

AIMS First Guaranteed MF (882,500), Quasem Dry Cells (300,800), Fu-Wang Food (61,500), Miracle Industries (45,000) and Beximco Pharma (28,000) were among the volume leaders.

Market capitalisation stood at Tk 54.30 billion from Saturday’s Tk 54.31 billion.
